Hide Empty Folders

Hello,

Thanks for the great software. As so many others have said, your app rocks. It's the only media server that I can be certain will work with all of my files.

One of the features I think would be useful is to have an option to hide empty folders. I have a lot of media files (videos and podcasts, mostly) that "come and go," as it were. The folder is there for the podcast to download into, but after I listen to it, I remove the mp3 file from the folder -- making the folder empty. While browsing from the PS3, it would be nice if that folder didn't show up any more, so I'm only looking at folders with stuff in them for me to watch or listen to.

Obviously everyone wouldn't want this same behavior, but I hope enough of you might see it as a handy option so that the developer(s) might implement it.

Thanks!
-Jason

P.S. I've searched the options in the app and couldn't find anything like this. However, if anyone knows how to turn a pre-existing option like this on, I would appreciate a PM or a post in this thread. Thank you.

I'm pretty sure if you go back into the folder once it's empty it'll disappear after that...
I provide NO application support via PM or email, so please post your question to the forum per the Forum Rules.

OK, thanks meskibob, I'll give that a try.

I would still like to see an option that would do this without having to navigate to it the first time, though.

Thanks again.
