Support for chunked transfer mode

Tried a couple of audio files since the assholes at LG actually made it possible for the player to stay on even if it cant play the file (which is not the case with video files). I had hoped to see more info in the logs but the player just stopped working and i had to reboot it. Tried switching to PCM in the config file this resulted in a "format not supported" error.

I think the chunk sizes are wrong compared to what the player wants or there is some kind of information missing from the first chunk resulting in the player not beeing able to figure out what kind of media it is reciving. This is naturally just guess work, would help if there where more info to go on in the logs or from LG. I guess i just have to pay for that stupid wild media server (which has a overcomplicated GUI and a similarly overcomplicated price tag).
