Hello,
It would be nice to have a checkbox to 'always transcode' in the settings and this would in turn remove the #transcode# folder and just always list the transcoded video only. If this is not checked, then have show the option to transcode with the folder.
This would be great.

Under 'Transcoding Settings' at the bottom you can see the Misc options :
Ignore what i have in the first box, in the second box just type the extensions of the files you always want to be transcoded i.e. ".avi,.mkv,.flv,.rmvb,.mp4" without the ""
