Automatically refresh RSS feed content

And I'm talking about the actual RSS feed, not the WEB.conf itself. Far as I can see, feeds from WEB.conf are loaded on startup and then never again, unless PMS is manually restarted.

To give an example what I'm talking about, I got some news feeds in my WEB.conf, and pms has been running on my server for five days, if I check the feeds in my PS3 right now I'll see news from five days ago.

Not exactly high priority request, but it would be nice if it refreshed automatically, or even user defined interval, just anything else than doing it manually.
