Add cd $PMS_HOME to PMS.sh

Like the topic says, add:
cd $PMS_HOME

to PMS.sh, that ensures that the config and debug.log stays in that directory. I had debug logs and configs all over the place.
Of course I can do this easily by myself but it would be nicer if it's there by default.
