The *.iso support works very well....
Is it possible to add support for the *.img format ?
(And if it could play files from inside rars file, like Xbmc )

I second this!
A lot of my downloading is automated through Greasemonkey + SABNZB's through web front end with auto-unparring, it would make life a lot easier if I didn't have to rename these files to .iso. Since the .img and .iso format are interchangeable container formats (assuming they're DVD images and not another format), I doubt that should be a problem. Thanks in advance!

I second this as well!
.iso support is already there so this would be a very valuable feature!
All you need to do to play a .img file is to rename it to .iso.
Since is already support this all that is needed is to make .img files visible in the XMB just like .iso files.
