Filter by IPTC keyword when scanning for images

Picasa is a popular photo management application that allows a user to
"star" favorite images. In addition, photos can be "tagged" with keywords,
which are written to the images as IPTC keywords.

My typical workflow is to download images from my cameras, "star" my
favorites, then select the starred photos and add the tag "star", to write
the metadata to the file.

When sharing images over uPNP, I'd like to be able to share only the photos
with the "star" tag. Since I primarily use a PS3 and this is the best
media server software around, I'd like to inquire about implementing this
here.

It shouldn't be too hard... I believe you're using the Apache Sanselan Java
image manipulation library, which supports IPTC keywords. I think I'll try
my hand at hacking the pms.jar file to add this feature, but if you would
like to add it as an option to the trunk, I'd be glad to discuss it
further.

I apologize for opening this as an issue ticket on the bug tracker... I was trying to open it as a feature request, but it opened as a defect.
