MPEG4 (A)SP and AAC-LC transcode codecs for renderer profile

Support to use MPEG4 (A)SP and AAC-LC (MP4) in renderer profile. This would allow streaming to ie. some mobile clients. I would also like to see option in renderer profile to force use of a certain encoder and ability to pass video and audio codec settings manually, or at least add options to allow more precise control of output.
