Web Radio Stream Title

Is it possible to implement a feature where the artist and title of the currently playing
song is shown during radio streaming?
Currently -/- is shown, and it would be good to use the song information provided by
the web radio station.

Your player opens one stream with a certain title, once. The radio station may change songs, but the stream remains the same. Your player does not ask for a new stream and it is not aware of the changing songs. On a similar note, PMS is not aware of the changing songs either. It is merely serving a continuous stream.

So while you may notice different songs, neither your player, nor PMS are aware of that and the title remains "-/-".

Okay thanks for the reply. Is there any way of "tricking" the PS3 into thinking its a new track, thus changing the title?
