MKV Support for Linked Files?

Atleast on the latest Beta, PS3MS will ignore linked files (such as Chapter that points to the linked UID).

Sounds like support for this would be useful, thanks.

Until then I guess I'll use ChapterUnorderer to merge them back into one MKV
