3D SBS subtitle support

I would like to have a special setting that when the original file has sbs/SBS in the name, it would render the subtitle file with duplicate text for Side-By-Side compatibility. Otherwise the text gets too large and even with the smallest setting it is centered on the screen so that it always covers both halves of the screen as of today.

The function would just duplicate the text output and center it exactly on the same distance for perfect overlap with SBS on TVs supporting this (SONY etc)

Would this be possible via a plugin?

Use VobSub for it. It works as described here in forum(with 3D Subtitler)
