Is it possible to put Movie Icons into extra folder?

Hi,

Currently i'm using this folder structure:

MovieFolder/MovieName.avi
MovieFolder/MovieName.png

I'd love to see the icons in a subfolder to keep my movie folders 'clean'.

e.g.

MovieFolder/MovieName.avi
MovieFolder/.icons/MovieName.png

Is this possible?
