Video Smoothing (Stream buffering)

Hi there!

Today I tried to stream a live internet stream via PMS to my PS3.
The problem was that the stream paused a lot - I guess the servers connection was overloaded. The interesting thing though was that the stream worked fine when opened in the flash video player on the website. I then noticed that the flash player had a parameter "videoSmoothing=true". So that got my thinking: Wouldn't it be nice if PMS could do the same?

TL;DR: Buffer online streams so that they can be played smoothly when the connection causes stops.
