9:59:59 error.

Postby Melladon » Sun Aug 02, 2009 7:36 am

Did i do something incorrectly when setting up ps3 media server for linux. I am rather new to linux as a whole, and after converting some mkvs to mpeg, all the files are 10 hrs long. I cant scan through them or or scene select. Am i missing a library somewhere? I can play the movies fine, when they get to the end I get a network error.

Thanks in advance.

did that, still the same, even did it manually

edit* when ps3 reads the mkv, the time and size are correct. I convert them using mkv2vob in wine because my pc cannot handle an on the fly transcode. That being said, after I convert them, they all read 9:59:59. I wish I had a clue as to what I've done wrong considering divx, and avi movies work fine. WHen i check the times of the movies and size on my pc, theyre fine. It's only when browsing them from ps3ms. I followed every single step in compiling those binaries manually. Maybe I should start from scratch >.<.
