[SOLVED] Problems since Mandriva 2009 Spring

Hi !

Since I install Mandriva 2009.1 (it works perfectly with 2009), I have big problems with the screen of my computer when PS3 Media Server is running. My PC just become unuseful.



It happens with or without Compiz (3D effects).

Does somebody met this bug ?

I'm using Java 1.6.0. Will it be better with another Java version ?

I asked the question on Mandriva's forum, and anybody answer me.

I don't know if the problem comes from Java, Mandriva Spring or PS3 Media Server.

I had the same problem i found the fix I added

"export AWT_TOOLKIT=MToolkit"

to my" ./profile" file in my home folder.

Then ubuntu 9.04 x64 fixed the issue in an update and I had to remove it otherwise the program wouldn't launch.



this is my Java version

It works great !!

For Mandriva users, it's not in " ./profile" but in " ./bash_profie".

There's just one thing that disturbs me : since I have done this modification the icon systray doesn't appears anymore.

Somebody knows how to do to get it back ? Or how to call the general panel configuration ?
