Few mkvs can not be streamed by PMS, I get Data are not compatible.
The thumbnails for these files are OK and they can be played by mplayer on my ubuntu 9.04.
Any ideas

Play them from the #Transcode# folder, first with TSmuxer, and if that doesn't work use MEncoder.

same results from the transcoded folder.. data not compatible

Post the MediaInfo (http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en) output for the files as well as the debug.log when trying to play each file.
