Tray icon, PSM.conf

I just switched from windows, where PSM was working flawlessly, to ubuntu. Although it took me a little longer than I thought, I got everything that counts working great with PSM.

Theres only two minor things:

1) The tray icon for me is not transparent, doesnt look very nice and

2) The PSM.conf and debug.txts are saving in my home directory for some reason (PSM is in its own folder), anyway to change this?

Just wondering if there were any quick fixes for these, overall everything is awesome
