Files disappear from time to time

Postby Pay87 » Tue Apr 16, 2013 12:42 am

Hi,
I am using latest PMS on a small Ubuntu Server.
When I launch PMS first time everything is perfect, all files displayed etc..
But after watching a movie and shutting down the PS3 and starting it later to watch another movie, all folders are emtpy..
I can see the Transcode folder with the filenames as folder inside, but they also appear as emtpy.
I need to restart PMS everytime this happens, so the files get displayed again..

I set it up like described here:

Thank you! :(

Try disabling the thumbnail creation.
It now seems to work good :)

I have to check if the tmp dir is writeable.. but for now disabling thumbnails helped a lot. ;)
