Need a little help.

I've been using PMS for a while now with Windows 7 and i love it. I made the switch to a dual-boot system running LinuXMint 14. After successfully installing PMS for Linux, I went to configure it with the same options as my Windows install package. However, I'm missing a key option... the option to remux instead of transcode. Where can I enable this?

From the release announcement:
Removed option to automatically switch to tsMuxeR (available manually via the #--TRANSCODE--# folder)
