fribidi&fontconfig mencoder issue on ARM Synology NAS

Hi,
I have intsalled and configured PS3 on Synology arm NAS (DS210j) pms-generic-linux-unix-1.60.0 version. I have following issue:
I have compiled mplayer without fontconfig ("./configure --disable-fontconfig"). I have also not compiled fribidi support. When I am trying to play movie with external subtitles, PS3 Media Server starting mencoder with -noflip-hebrew -nofontconfig options. mencoder stops with message:
FriBidi is not compiled
MPlayer was compiled without fontconfig support.
MPlayer was compiled without FriBiDi support.

When I manually remove this 2 options mencoder working correctly. How to change PMS bahevior to not put -noflip-hebrew and -nofontconfig options in mencoder call?
