Hi there running a headless ubuntu server running PMS v1.20.412 installed using the method below.

I know the adage of "if it isnt broke" but just wondered if there is an easy way to remove the install so I can install the new version via the repository. Via this method

Relatively new to Linux but happy to get my cli dirty.

It's not really "installed", simply delete it.
