Problems Linux - Divx File and MP3 Audio

Hello,

i have trouble playing a DIVX File with an MP3 Audio Stream in it.
Natively the PS3 won´t Play it.
Linux will transcode it with Mencoder.
The Video starts after a few Seconds but the Audio is way too slow and Noisy (clicking noises) and therfore totally out of sync.
That´s no PS3 issue , the same problem exists when i test it with my Panasonic Viera TV.

Using PMS for Windows everything works well with the Same settings.

The Debug Log shows:

[Thread-48] DEBUG 10:42:02.320 [VD_FFMPEG] DRI failure.(Millions of this output)

I use Debian Linux on a Core2 2.4 Ghz CPU with 8GB Ram and PMS Version 1.50.
Has someone similar Problems, or know´s how i can fix it ?
