Playback is Looping and Skipping

Hi.

I recently upgraded to the latest version 1.5.1 I believe, and noticed that all of my videos, regardless of file extension are either looping, or skipping at random points in time. For example, I'll watch an anime and during the introduction with the opening theme playing, the media server will skip to like five minutes into the episode, and then after a few seconds, maybe 30, it will revert back to the opening again. Sometimes, I've noticed that it will skip all the way back to the point that it skipped to initially and just play a five minute long segment over and over and over again.

I have double checked my media on a different computer, and using a different movie player on the computer the media server is located on, both play the media just fine.

What do I need to upload here to start troubleshooting this problem, or has anybody else had this problem before? What did you do to resolve it?
