Couple off problems

Hi

I have installed the Ps3 media server and when I start the server it can see my samsung tv. windows media player and my ps3.

When adding shares, the windows media player can't see the files, ps and samsung can see them but can't play them becaus off the file extension (avi, mp3).

How can I solve this ?

I have installed the program like the topic :s
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:happy-neko/ps3mediaserver
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ps3mediaserver

try updating

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ps3mediaserver
