PS3 Meda Server headless on Ubuntu 10.04 Server

Hey All

After a bit of researching and fidgiting, I got a (mostly) repository-based installation of PS3 MS running on a headless Ubuntu 10.04 server. My solution seems to work pretty well for me and didn't involve compiling or installing a lot of extra dependancies so I figured I would put it out there if anyone else was interested.
