Live TV Stream

First off, this is probably the best media server I've found for Linux. Took like 60 seconds to setup and have running. My question is: Is it possible to stream live TV/Video from a Happauge card? I currently have a vlc process running to do this, but it would be great to just have PS3MediaServer doing it for me. Or, would it be possible to have PS3MediaServer just hook up to the local vlc process?

should be doable but I need some details about the way you use VLC... what's the command line for example

For streaming over HTTP, I use:

vlc pvr:// --pvr-device="/dev/video0" --pvr-norm=0 --pvr-frequency=-1 --pvr-bitrate=-1 --sout='#duplicate{dst=std{access=http,mux=ts,dst=0.0.0.0:1234}}' -I http --http-host 192.168.1.5:8080 --vout-filter=deinterlace --deinterlace-mode=bob
