PMS locking in Ubuntu

I have a problem with Ubuntu, when I run a mkv file pf 4GB, the movie locking and run, locking and run ... I did a test in Windows 7 and it's working perfect.

When I'll make a copy from PC to PS3, the transfer did on 2MB/s ... In Windows is better, around 10MB/s, I have a network gigabit.

I have Core 2 DUO 2.93 / 4GB / NVIDIA card 8400 GS 512MB

Somebory had this problem or similar?
