install/run on OpenSUSE 12.1

Greetings-

I had this running on 11.4, but upgraded (complete reinstall/wipe) to 12.1 and cannot get ps3 media server to run. I tried on a friends 11.4 installation, and it works fine. Does anyone have an idea why I cannot get to run on 12.1?
