MKV WITH SUBTITLE : VIDEO STOPS

Hi,
Configuration : Ubuntu intrepid 64 bits
VLC , Mplayer, Tsmuxer installed

I have an MKV file with subtitle track.
Subtitle does not show in movie and when they should appear video stop precisely when subtitle should be displayed.

But display fine on PC.

Any clue?
Do I need to transcode first with subtitle using mkv2vob?

a mencoder issue probably... try to update mplayer packages
