MPEG-AAC sound problem

Some movies use MPEG-AAC for audio and for some reason I can't get any sound. If I hit the 1.5 fast foward I then hear the audio, but of course it's too fast. When I hit Play to get it back to normal speed the sound cuts off. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Problem Solved: I looked in the "transcoder" folder and there were 4 files there of the same name as the movie...playing any one of those got the sound on.
