I recently discovered ps3 media server software and have become an huge fan of the project. So to my joyful surprise, while I was perusing Lifehacker.com, I saw this new article which rated PS3 Media Server as the "Best Personal Media Streaming Tool":

Definitely. I have Tversity, WMP server, Wild Media Server and PMS.

Even with PMS's current "instabilities", I still rely on it more than any of the other ones....not even close.

Congrats Shagrath. And good job to SubJunk who released his own version that works quite well on my setup, as well quite a few others.

This program is absolutely amazing and allowed me to completely remove an old computer that I was using as a media center and replace it with my PS3 which is a million times better. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the amazing program, it really deserves recognition!

i have used PMS for well over a year and a half now after using Nero Media Centre (pretty good ) Windows Media server mm not so good and TVersity (pile of poop) PMS blows them all away its easily the best media server around for PS3 kudos to the devs for that
