optimum settings?

Hi all bought a ps3 today pacifically for my media and downloaded ps3 media which works like a dream but i have a question what is the best video quality settings?

keyint=1:vqscale=1:vqmin=1

or

keyint=1:vqscale=1:vqmin=2 /* Best Quality */

or

keyint=1:vqscale=1:vqmin=1 /* Lossless Quality, Crazy Bitrate */

i have a very good pc and super fast internet so what would be the best settings be to play my Bluray rips and video files
