To bypass Cinavia DRM on PS3, go into Sound Settings on PS3 and select Optical Cable out instead of HDMI. Then select all outputs and save. Then go to next item down and select multi-audio output (if you don't have an optical cable h/u and only HDMI). Select movie with Cinavia DRM and play it fine without audio muting! Just watched Salt streamed to my PS3 which was coming up with the Cinavia error message before, which is now not after performing this bypass.

as well, I found myself an older BluRay player that doesn't recognize Cinavia watermarking. If I come across a movie that is protected, I just remux to a bluray structure,then burn to disc and watch that disc on the BR player.
