It should do but I dont think there will be any difference. It seems the changes made so far relate to TRUE-HD streams.

changelog:

1.8.15 - fixed bug with TRUE-HD stream

1.8.16 - fixed bug with long srt subtitles

1.8.17 - fixed bug with extracting TRUE-HD core (bug appear in mux mode only, demux works fine)

1.8.18 - fixed bug with "bitstream exeption" occurring in some streams

Ah crap! I never looked at the changelog. I thought there'd be some fixes for MKV streams. Thanks

I already included the new binary in the beta
Besides I don't know if the tsmuxer guys have heard of ps3mediaserver, but the last version fix an annoying problem
in the named pipe usage (which I think I'm the only one to use that with tsMuxer)
