Is it possible to make a bigger picture or text appear when you stand on a folder or file like when you stand on the network store or photo galleri ???

Could PMS/PS3 make a PIZZA?
It can't be done via some application outside PS3. If PS3 don't support it when browsing, it is not possible
But you can use bigger font in PS3 settings for all texts displayed by PS3 so if font is too small for you, you can change it on PS3 directly.

where can I see what is possible or not .. is there any page on the net where I can read more about it ??

it is not because i cant see it , but it would be nice to have a descibsion pop up or a cover of the movie

Try to play videos from PS3 HD how it works. You can't expect that when it will be streamed via PMS that there will be something more
And same way you will find that Pizza is not available also
But as I said you can try use bigger font for all texts in PS3 same way how it is possible in Windows and other applications....
