PS3 Media Server connected but no icon on TV?

I went through tech support with PS3 and they failed to find the problem. All of a sudden it stopped working yesterday with no icon. Reset PC & PS3 media server still no icon. The media server has the green check mark showing it is indeed connected buy why no icon. Reset router as well and running a wired connection. What should I do next?

Actually there are many reason for it....I have searched in this forum and found various link explaining same. I am new member so I can't post links.
