Sorry, but I haven't got upload rights on sourceforge.
If you always wanted to have your most recent videos at the top of the folder in the ps3 or wished you could group all videos with the same genre in one folder, have a look at pms-mlx

Bugs are here to be removed with help of user announcement + providing logs.
And also buggy for you doesn't mean for others. It is same for PMS and UMS 8-)
For me UMS is more stable and faster but if you are using Panasonic TV, UMS uses instead of MPEG2 transcoding --> H264 transcoding so some slower computers can't cach realtime transcoding.
PMS was great but without development there is no pink future for it :cry:

With UMS you can't even even Fast Forward on the PS3. It sucks. I asked on their forum, one guy replied saying that PS3 Media Server was doing in another way ( I didnt have time to read it unfortunately) and his post got deleted..

So for now, I stick with PMS 1.9.1 works ok for me.

I have PMS, I have UMS and I also have two PS3.
FF/RW works for me on UMS and PMS also for transcoded material.
