Is There A Way To Stream Video Files Without Audio?

Postby everquest » Mon Aug 11, 2014 9:08 am

I use PMS to stream to our PS3 which is in the bedroom. I never listen to the audio and always use subtitles for viewing. Is there a way to strip the audio from the stream completely?

I've searched and searched for an answer to this but all I can come up with are users having problems getting their audio to work.

Is there just a command line entry or something that I can use to disable the audio track for my streams?

Yes. Turn off the volume on your tv/receiver.
