Maximum transcode buffer size

Postby jff » Sat Feb 22, 2014 8:40 pm

Is it possible to stream more than 400mb of mkv?
Even if I set the maximum transcode buffer size higher it doesn't let me transcode and stream more than 400mb, which is completely nonsense since mkv movies are never smaller than 400mb!!! Is this normal?

This size is buffer only so has nothing to do with max size of video file.
Post the log in TRACE mode for further help. Also try to lower size of buffer to about 200MB. If your CPU or NETWORK is slow (WIFI), you should also set lower quality settings for transcoded video, set the bandwidth limit or using REMUX/DIRECT_STREAMING instead of more CPU/NETWORK intensive TRANSCODE.
