Upconverting normal DVD's

Hello I have ripped my current DVD libary to my PS3 Media Server using DVD Shrink. I had been renaming to MPEG to playback through WMP11 before, but now I dont have to with PS3 Media Server.

My question is can i setup .vob extension to automaticly be upconverted on the fly to 720p or something similar to what the PS3 does when you play the disc in the PS3.

Not sure if this is possible, if it is a few tips would be appreciated.

have you tried opening the menu while you're watching the file (pressing the triangle button) and seeing if the upconverting options are available under the AV settings?
