1080 50p streaming to tv

PS3 - everything works great but can not stream HD 1920 x 1080 50p (50 frames, same thing is 60p for US) directly to TV (no supported from tv, max 30 frames for 1080 resolution). Is it possible to put some specific parameter (code) in expert settings to get output 25 fps for this file, file is .mts.
