Check the FAQ. This is not log in Trace mode/level.
Also you should zip with debug.log PMS.conf file.

Cheers anyway, but I followed the FAQ and that WAS in trace mode. I just cut that portion of the log out as I thought it was the relevant part.

Not to worry, I also use Plex as that groups all the folders together by default. Seems a little setting like this is too much hassle - shame as PMS has worked well for me and I like it.

You need to edit XML file to TRACE mode/level so debug.log will be more descriptive. Right now you have TRACE messages in log only what is not enough

That's what I did.

I edited logback.xml and changed the following tag from

<root level="DEBUG">

to

<root level="TRACE">

and pasted the part of debug.log that I thought was relevant (regarding folders)

Did you make restart after this change? Also TRACE tab in GUI is not full log. You need to upload zipped DEBUG.LOG file

Now I see I missed your log already include some DEBUG lines which I missed when read on the phone.

I gave up on this as the 'documentation' was a programmer's comments on how something should be done. If anyone
does get this working under windows perhaps they can post their setting. Please.

Also I asked you to post pms.conf without answer so it is hard to help you.
