Data corrupted

Postby Becky- » Thu Apr 12, 2012 11:24 pm

Hey guys, Just ran into a problem with transferring a movie onto my ps3. I'm tryin to do it without a memory pen, using TVersity to transfer it wirelessly as a media server, but when I go to transfer it it tells me that the data is corrupted

The movie is just under 2 Gb, the file format is MKV

Any suggestions as to what I should do?

This is a forum for the program PS3 Media Server (PMS), not a generic forum for media server issues with the PS3.
However, PMS should be able to accomplish what you want (instead of TVersity). Download links are available on the homepage (click the PS3 logo above).
I provide NO application support via PM or email, so please post your question to the forum.

I get the same problem sometimes myself. Go into the transcode folder when browsing on the PS3 and select an alternate decoder - I can usually get most "corrupted" files to play this way.
