(HELP) Gui language messed up on all versions of PS3MS

I had to do a new install since I had to reformat because eset didn't catch the sick azz NBM virus that destroyed my windows xp files. So after installing v.3.04 and the newest one, and removed java, reinstalled java. My Gui looks all jacked up. I can't read what the radio buttons, tabs, etc. I have included a screen shot. All help will be appreciated. Please help.
