General question about bandwidth usage

I am about to cancel all my cable service. I am instead, going to stream Netflix and video on my PC( through PS3 Media Server ), to my TV's. My household watches a lot of television, so I am a little worried about going over Comcast's bandwidth limit ( 250GB ). I have read that streaming media to a DLNA device will not consume Comcast bandwidth, since it does not leave my network. Does anyone have any information on the subject? Sorry if the question is noobish, I just wanted an answer before I call Comcast and have them feed me some false information. Any help would be appreciated.

DLNA is strictly LAN. Netflix will obviously consume your WAN bandwidth, but playing local files from your PC to your TVs through PMS will not touch your WAN.
