don't think so, mencoder do the transcode, not ffmpeg

Seems to me that all MT versions except one included in 1.04 and latest version, there is problem with audio track ordering.
Original one included choose correct audio track but all others(newer ones, also these compiled by Shagrath) it seems that they handle with audio in other way, it is shifted by +1.
Then in 2 audio tracks movie, first audio is not played but second one is choosed.When you choose second one, no audio is played(because it triest to play 3rd one?)
