PS3 Problem

For some reason and i dont know why it does it but if i am online on the ps3 and the computer is switched on downstairs which has the modem and router connected to it I get thrown offline, I cannot understand what the problem is due to, wondering if anyone knows how to solve this or has experienced this problem themselves

Sounds like a networking issue, not related to PS3 Media Server. You might get some help here, but I suggest going to a forum like..........
