Need Help: Kathrein UFS 922

Hi there,

i got a small problem with aspect ratios with my Kathrein UFS 922 and PS3MS.
I have a 2.21:1 (i think so) movie file in 720p here, but its shown in fullscreen on my LCD TV connected to the UFS 922.

How can i fix that?
Tried several things in PS3MS, but it didn't really help.

/edit: I found the problem. The UFS922 (or rather the LCD TV behind it) needs letterboxed Videos for correct aspect ratios, the TV stretches everything it gets. So I simply made the expert configuration and added a few lines, that give out letterboxed Videos. Check the new problem at the 2nd post.

But now i got another Problem: It seems I cannot fastforward/jump in video titles. I managed to setup a custom renderer config, but i am still messing around with its details.

Does your renderer configuration work well vor UFS922 now or do you still have troubles?

It doesnt work good for me, changed a few things but my main problem is that most video files are out of xync with their audio when reencoded with mencoder. I need to reencode them because the UFS 922 doesnt letterbox correctly it just stretches everything on its 16:9 screen. Looks horrible with everything except 16:9 aspect ratio videos.
Is there a way to fix that sync issue in the conf file?

/edit: fixed most of the sync issues by using this as custom render config for mencoder. Longer films still get a bit out of sync (like 1,5 seconds after 2 hours so I really do not know what cuases this.

Check ffmpeg frameratedetection on and deactivate alternative A/V Sync in the mencoder settings.
