PS3 Media Server and pch A100

because the A100 does not support styles for subtitles SSA / ASS I wonder if I can use the PS3 media server with a PopcornHour as client with a transcode on-the-fly to view by streaming episodes with the subtitles already processed, as do users of ps3 and xbox360 to see the anime in mkv softsubs

if the ps3 media server is compatible with the PCH A100, and would have to set the pch? I have never used a client-server UPnP
