Hi Illico thanks for your efforts.

enclosed is the GetProtocolInfo of my BRAVIA TV.
Is my Bravia compatible? I think so.

I also unchecked the "switch to tsMuxer if h264-video ps3 compatible...".
The mkv's are running but the ratio problem still exist.

Maybe could it be a setting problem on my Bravia?
I can choose (Bravia settings) between wide/zoom/14:9/4:3/smart but the black balks doesn't exist. As I said streaming with my PS3 the black balks exists.

To fix the aspect-ratio problem on Sony Bravia TV’s try and set this as a custom parameter for Mencoder:
((double) width / height) >= 1.7 && ((double) width / height) <= 2.4 :: -mpegopts vaspect=4/3

It might seem weird, but it works for my Bravia EX500. It seems to be a bug in the Bravia DLNA.

Thanks for your quick answer.
In which box is it necessary to paste this text?
Should I copy/paste just the text in the custom box?
((double) width / height) >= 1.7 && ((double) width / height) <= 2.4 :: -mpegopts vaspect=4/3

UPDATE:
I checked the streaming with this text (copy/paste) in the custom box of mencoder transcoding but nothing happend :(
Did I forgot sth?

Furthermore the mkv streaming of those movies seems to be too fast.
In my opinion the moviespeed is faster than the original "speed". Maybe 1,5 times faster than the original. Is this possible? Is this also a setting problem of PMS or an BRAVIA problem?

Sorry for my bad english. I'm a german guy.
